Hike at Temple Quarry with Grandpa and Grandma
With the gorgeous weather outside, we decided to head to the Temple Quarry and show it to my parents (It has been a really long time since they've been.). The kids had so much fun being outside and being with Grandma and Grandpa. It was a slow, but good walk for me as I continue to heal.
Grandpa's Visit
My dad hasn't really had an opportunity to see his grandkids when they are newborns. We were excited to find out that he would be coming into town for a job interview and get a chance to see Eloise when she was just a few weeks old.

First bath at home
Eloise didn't really seem to be a fan of the whole bath thing. Let's hope that she warms up to the idea.

Going Home
The kids were very excited to have Eloise home so they could love on her all day long. I was happy to be back with the kids because I kind of missed them. :) I was great to be sleeping in my own bed and not being woken up all the time. The kids love coming in and seeing Eloise and hugging and kissing her.

Celebration Dinner
We feel like the hospital we are at has provided us really great customer service. With the exception of one evening, we have had great nurses. Staci loves the food.
And last night they had a "Celebration Dinner" which was dinner for two and was pretty yummy. Staci had steak, of course, and I had chicken cordon blue.
It was nice to have a quiet dinner with just the two of us.

More Eloise
Tenzing really loves Eloise, and it is really cute.
I love the kissing picture of Eloise here. It is adorable. And she does remind me of my grandma Ida Jones in that picture.

Watch out world! Cali is starting preschool!
Cali was more than excited to start preschool this year. She goes 2 days a week for 2 hours each day. She absolutely loves going and her interactions with the other kids.

Eloise Ida Jones
Born today at High Noon. 8 pounds, 5 ounces, and 21 inches long.
Staci did great during the c-section. Eloise didn't breathe too well at first, and had to spend a few hours in the NICU, but then she was released within a few hours.
She's doing great now.
Here are some pics.
Mad to be cold after a bath.
The little Angel
This is Katya's I'm-not-really-excited-to-see-this-little-girl pose, and Tenzing's let-me-at-that-baby-but-I-am-a-little-scared-to-see-mommy-in-obvious-pain pose. He was ready to pounce immediately
Tenzing, on the other hand, is super excited to meet her and couldn't wait to hold her and kiss her.
Staci-momma winking and happy she has her baby.
Eloise's presents to the kids. Tenzing got a lobster. Look how excited Cali is in the background.
Katya loved her puppy.
Cali is enjoying holding Eloise. She stared down at her and kissed her numerous times.
While it may look like he is going to eat her, he is just kissing her.
We didn't get any pictures of Katya holding Eloise because she didn't like it. She doesn't really care for babies.
We are really happy to have Eloise here. She is adorable, and she started nursing as soon as Staci got a chance to try. As long as she can stay healthy (and not get RSV like Tenzing did), we may have a baby that actually nurses.
I hope you enjoy the pictures. If I don't tell you personally, or reply to a comment or Facebook status, know that we appreciate the kind words, prayers, thoughts, and sweet congratulations.
Still cute, even though she is in the NICU with oxygen.
Katya had just signed that Eloise was asleep.
Yeah, he loves his sister. Katya loves pushing buttons. She called the nurse twice in three minutes.
Cali loves her some Eloise
There are some open eyes. Look familiar?

Baking with Grandma
My mom is here to help me with the kids after the baby is born and the Tenzing and Cali insisted on helping her make a fruit tart. She made them the aprons they are wearing and they just love them. I think one of the best parts of helping is licking spatulas, and apparently the kids do too. :)

Riverton Splash Park
I met up with my friend Brittany and we took our kids to this Splash Park in Riverton. It wasn't very crowded and was so great for the kids. I love taking them to splash parks because I don't have to worry about me being the only one watching them in a swimming pool. They really liked it and can't wait to go back next summer.
