This is NOT an Announcement!
I repeat, THIS IS NOT AN ANNOUNCEMENT!
Everyone who knows me knows that I love kids and want a lot of them. So, I am constantly asking the girls if they are ready to have a little brother or sister (mostly it is just to bug Staci). So, here I am asking the girls if they want a sibling:
Katya's Answer
Cali's Answer
Cali has a little monkey backpack, and so she really likes monkeys these days.

Happy Birthday to Staci!
Last Friday was Staci's birthday. She really is a great woman, a good mother, and fantastic wife. So, I thought I would spoil her a little bit. I found a sweet deal on a Nikon D60 camera on Craigslist (my first purchase from that site, by the way). The camera was in nearly new condition, came with an extra battery, and a case. A sweet deal to say the least. Staci is happy with her new camera and has taken pictures every day since then. I like it too. I took some pretty cool photos of the girls the day after I bought it, before Staci saw it, and some neat open-aperture photos last night. It is fun to play with the cool stuff you can do with it.
So, here are some photos.

So, here are some photos.
My favorite picture from the new camera so far.

Cardiology
Katya had her yearly cardiology appointment today. I always dread them. I am not sure why. I think I get really impatient waiting for the results and hoping that it's what I want to hear. She rotates between having an echo and having an x-ray. Last years echo looked really good, but he wanted to see her again this year. This years x-ray was even better. The doctor said that we will not have to return next year or any time in the future. We count ourselves lucky that Katya has not had any heart problems. A big thank you to all those who have prayed for Katya's heart. We appreciate it.

The Happiest Place on Earth
No I'm not talking about Disneyland. We are talking about mine and Jethro's happy place- Spokane. It makes us sad that we haven't been there since I was pregnant with Katya. Between Jethro working and going to school we just never had time. This summer it all worked out and we headed to Spokane the last week of July. Why does Spokane make us so happy? Here are just a few reasons: It's absolutely gorgeous, wonderful family and lots of cousins, it's always relaxing, and water skiing ( that one we need to work on). We had so much fun and were sad that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks Andrea and Jason for everything.
Now for your viewing pleasure, picture overload.
How we helped the girls get their wiggles out on the 12 hour car ride.
No shame in eating all the ice cream.
