Katya certainly takes after her parents, she loves books! Every night when I am changing her diaper before bed, she constantly points to the bookshelf saying "Dat! Dat! Dat!Dat!Dat!Dat!Dat!Dat!" until I finish and read her a book. Her favorite are the touch and feel books that have fabric of various kinds in the books so you can feel animal skins, furs, teeth, tusks, and beaks (oh, and pigs' snouts, too). She loves to climb up into the LoveSac and read to herself. Here is a video of her reading one of those books. At the beginning, she is saying "Dog!" her new favorite word.
